I went to see Dr hazel with my 10 months old boy who had fiver for several days. I was sure it's just because of teething, but after the examination dr Hazel told me that isn't teething at all, it's a virus. I was a bit skeptical about this but in the next too days my bub had a rush that was predicted by dr Hazel, and still no sights of teeth )) He is very careful and very charming. Don't hesitate to visit him.

Dr Hazell is a great doctor. Have been seeing him for several years and am always very happy with his service and care. Genuine and caring and takes time to catch up with you properly.

I've been seeing Ian for several years. He's an old school family style doctor - not your 5 minute, rush rush type. I like the fact he takes the time to understand what's happening with me on a range of fronts so he can recommend a proper holistic approach. A great doctor - highly recommended.

Dr Ian Hazel is a breath of fresh air. He looks you in the eye when he speaks to you, he doesn't rush for scripts, he's happy to explain himself as much as you need and take time discussing your treatment options. He's just an all round decent bloke who knows his craft but hasn't neglected the human side of it like so many of the awful production line style GPs you could see in the city. I highly recommend.

Dr Hazel is an amazing doctor. He ensures that you understand his advice and why he has given it, and he speaks in plain English. He takes sufficient time with you that you feel assured he knows what's going on, and his treatment with respect to myself has been highly effective. I would gladly recommend him to anybody.

I started seeing Ian 15 years ago and now i live 1.5 hours away i will still travel to see him. I must say he is thorough, knowledgeable, caring, personable, friendly. He works with a select group of specialists that have all been great as well. He provides end to end care

It is with the utmost pleasure that I write a 5 star review for Dr Ian Hazell. He is not one of your regular "Read your name off a clipboard in a monotone voice as they barely look at you, hesitate to examine you, and tell you that you are fine" doctors. No. Dr Ian has an outstanding sense of humour, and he absolutely displays it. He will also actually take the time to find out your family history, and check over you thoroughly. The entire appointment I felt like he actually gave a damn about my health, and most importantly, actually knew what he was doing. If you live anywhere near the CBD and are in need of a solid GP, absolutely place your trust in Dr Ian; you will not regret it.

Been a patient of Dr Hazel for the past 6 years. He is the most diligent Doctor I have ever seen. I've undergone various surgeries and other procedures and have always come out better for it. He actually listens and spends proper time with you rather than try to rush you out the door like many other practices. I saw Pamela santa c leave a 1 star review because City GP aren't currently accepting new patients. What a ridiculous thing to do. There are only so many hours in a day and Dr Hazel can't help absolutely everyone, no matter how much he'd like to. There has to be a maximum capacity at some point and the fact that it has reached that point just goes to show how many patients believe in him. Writing defamatory remarks towards the practice because you didn't get what you want is not cool Pamela.

I have been seeing Dr Ian for the past 13 years and have found Ian to be thorough and caring and he always puts the patient first and will always listen to what you have to say. He also reminds me when a blood test or something needs to be done he dose not wait for when you may come in to see him...

Ian has been my practitioner for over 25 years. When I was playing rugby he was the go to for the best person to get me back on the field. Had the supreme surgeons always ready to operate when needed through his knowledge and network.
